Michaele Salahi And Tureq Salahi Gatecrash White House State Dinner
Michaele Salahi and her husband Tureq Salahi were apparently able to penetrate White House Security and attend President Obama's first state dinner with the Indian Prime Minister. Michaele Salahi was incautious enough to boast of it on her Facebook page.
The problem is that neither Michaele Salahi nor Tureq Salahi actually got an invitation, according to the Guardian. Michaele Salahi has posted several pictures of herself and such luminaries as Vice President Joe Biden, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel, and some Marine Guards in full regalia. While no doubt Michaele Salahi and Tureq Salahi are congratulating themselves on their little joke, the Secret Service is not amused. Mind, since Michaele Salahi and Tureq Salahi went through all of the usual security screenings, including being scanned by a magnetometer, it is unlikely that they could have conveyed a weapon or a bomb into the state dinner venue. However the simple expedient of checking invitations must not have been followed. It did not help that Michaele Salahi and Tureq Salahi looked well dressed, well groomed, prosperous, in short two people who belonged at a state dinner hosted by the President of the United States. Tureq Salahi was dressed in a black dinner jacket and Michaele Salahi in a red and gold sari. But it is standard operating procedure that no one gets near the President of the United States without the knowledge or the vetting of the Secret Service. This is especially true in the post 9/11 world in which the President of the United States is a prime target for terrorists. The state dinner, held in honor of the Prime Minister of India, was the first of President Barack Obama's Presidency. Among the guests were filmmaker Stephen Spielberg, spiritual guru Deepak Chopra, as well as various government functionaries. Michaele Salahi and Tureq Salahi are described as "socialites" and "aspiring reality TV stars." They seem to have a perchance for collecting photos of themselves with the famous, including, according to AFP, "...Prince Charles, President Obama, former president Bill Clinton, former presidential candidate John McCain, television stars Oprah Winfrey and Bill Cosby and former astronaut Buzz Aldrin." Michaele Salahi and Tureq Salahi may well add "convicted felons" to their resume. The Secret Service takes a dim view of lying ones way into an exclusive state dinner. The Secret Service takes anb even dimmer view of the embarrassment of having its elaborate security breached. Next time it could well be a couple of Al Qaeda operatives, in which case matters escalate from embarrassment to tragedy. My boyfriend drinks by himself. I'm afraid hes a loser and will never get out of it.?
My boyfriend is 35 years old and he is a bartender. He drinks pretty much every night by himself after work. Since he is a bartender this makes him stay up late then he pretty much sleeps the rest of the day till he has to get up for work. Now the amount of liquor he has varies every night sometimes its just one or two beers and sometimes its probably more like four or five. We don't live together so I am not completely positive how much he consumes when I am not around. I do also enjoy drinking. Some of the nights we will drink together but thinking about drinking alone just sounds ridiculous to me. I always thought drinking to be a social thing. I would at least need one other person with me. Another big difference between me and him is that I am only 25. Still a little young and more at the bar/drinking/party age. I am starting to grow out of all that. On the weekends I definitely like to go out and maybe once during the week but that's it. Shouldn't the fact that hes coming up on 40 make him want to stop all this. He also smokes pot. I have been around pot for a long time now and know that their is much more harmful out there but I just want him to be more responsible. I am not to impressed that he is still a bartender either. I feel like there is more out there. He drives a crappy car and lives in a crappy place. I get so frustrated he doesn't try harder for more even though he says that's what he wants. Plus he is so smart and such a hard worker that I know he could have more. In the end the big problem with all of this is that I love him and he loves me. He listens to me, gives me advice, asks me about my day, he can't wait to see me when I'm at work. If it wasn't for all these "loserish" lifestyle choices things would be I have also made it very clear that I do not agree with these lifestyle choices and he knows I want him to stop being such a frequent drinker and stop smoking pot unless its just every once in a while. Perfect. He I just don't know if its worth it. He can't give me the things that I want, house, security, a savings account, ect. But he gives me the love I want. Do you think having a few drinks at night is normal or should I get out now?

What do you see when your close your eyes?
I personally see random little flashes of images... very random.. that I don't ever recall seeing before.
I also, since childhood, have always seen something that looks like blue zeros rushing across my eyelids. It's if I concentrate on a point in the darkness, the zeros build up in size and start zooming out. It's strange. Compare it to those old house security system commercials.
And obviously, I see those spots of light everywhere, as everyone does, because their eyes have just been open.
Does anyone else see anything unusual or distinguishable when they have their eyes closed? Like the zeros?
